It was real fun painting this background, that served as reference to build the actual scenography (you can find some making-of shots on their Instagram feed, they did a great work)
Below, a first sketch of the background with colour blocking and a few details, just to catch the personality of the street, and some close-ups of the final version. We wanted to convey this strong LA coastline vibe, in fact, as you can see in the picture on the right, I took actual screenshots while strolling in LA on Google Street View (it was easier than flying all the way there).
